MTN BIS Unlimited Browsing with Simple Server and TunnelGuru

This tweak has been on the internet for quite a while now but I have been unable to publish the post due to some kind of some offline works that has kept me from publishing this post.

MTN BIS has been confirmed working on PC with Simple Server and TunnelGuru & Open VPN. You must own a Android phone before you could be able to download any of the above apps because it comes in .apk format.
